In these Terms of Service:

  • Carrier means Atlas Link Global Logistics, its affiliates, and authorized transportation partners.
  • Shipper means any person or business that tenders packages or freight for shipment.
  • Consignee means the designated recipient of a shipment.
  • Services means our shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, tracking, and related supply chain services.
  • Prohibited Items means goods that cannot be shipped under our policies or applicable law (e.g., hazardous materials, weapons, perishables without proper packaging).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Atlas Link Global Logistics's website, tracking services, or shipping services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.

2. Shipping Services

Atlas Link Global Logistics offers domestic and international shipping, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services. Service availability, transit times, and rates vary by origin, destination, and service level selected.

  • All shipping services are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipments containing prohibited items.
  • Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated for a specific service.
  • We may use third-party carriers and partners to complete deliveries.

3. Shipping Requirements

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping information (addresses, contact details, item descriptions).
  • Properly package items to prevent damage during transit.
  • Comply with all laws regarding prohibited items, hazardous materials, and export/import regulations.
  • Declare accurate values for customs purposes.
  • Not ship counterfeit goods, illegal items, or items that violate intellectual property rights.

4. Customs and Duties

International shipments are subject to customs inspection and duties. The consignee is typically responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, and fees. We provide customs brokerage services to facilitate clearance but cannot guarantee specific clearance times.

5. Liability and Claims

We are liable for shipments according to the selected service level and any purchased insurance. Our standard liability is limited as follows:

  • Standard liability up to $100 per package (unless higher value is declared).
  • Additional insurance available for purchase at time of shipment.
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of shipment date.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Certain items cannot be shipped or have restrictions. These include but are not limited to: hazardous materials, explosives, firearms, perishables (without proper packaging), currency, and illegal goods. Full list available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Link Global Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the lesser of: (a) the declared value of the shipment, (b) actual loss, or (c) the applicable insurance coverage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our headquarters operate. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
